Fun Halloween Activities

This week Kacey, Liam, Billy and I are spending some extra time Bonding.  To start off the Bonding week Kacey practiced dressing up as Sleeping Beauty.  We had a great time playing pretend but we could not get Prince Liam to break the spell by kissing the beautiful princess below. 

We had a great time at the pumpkin patch twice.  The first time Billy picked out a giant pumpkin.  The second time the Kids woke up and got out of the car.  We enjoyed a hay ride, a train ride, a jump on the giant pillows, a ride in the spinning pumpkin, a tour of the scarecrow contest, and an interesting time in the petting zoo.  It is amazing what you can do at the pumpkin patch now days!

10 Years in 2010 - Our Trip to Monterey

After 10 years of Marriage we decided to take a trip back to our first Vacation Spot as a married couple. Nine years ago we went to the Monterey Bay Aquarium and left with a giant stuffed Turtle and Sting Ray. This weekend we went to the Aquarium with 2 children and left without any souvenirs. There is just no more room on top of Kacey bunk bed for any more stuffed animals.

The only think better than opening Christmas presents, is playing with Christmas presents... Kacey was spoiled for Christmas this year and has loved playing with all of her new toys. However, she especially loves to make a big, beautiful, mess whenever possible.

Our Visit With Santa 2009

After some good advice from Santa. Billy and I were able to get Kacey to sit on Santa's knee. But not before she got very upset after asking Santa if she could see his Sleigh and beeing told that she could not see it because it was on the roof.

Finaly Kacey warmed up to Santa after he showed her his special Key to our house.

Kacey asked Santa for a Doll House. I told Daddy that Santa better get back to his work shop to get that Doll House put together before Christmas.....

Billy and I asked Santa for a healthy baby! We are still waiting on Liam to arrive. He is due on Christmas Day but I am hoping to not be in the Hospital on Christmas.

Trick er treating was a blast this year. Kacey was Snow White and came home with way too much candy, but Daddy saved the day by helping to get rid of all the candy with peanut butter.
